To secure your tent and equipment for your event date, we require a 50% non-refundable security deposit. This ensures that your specific items are reserved in our inventory and removed from availability for other clients.
We offer a damage waiver for accidental breakage; however, please note that all broken items (such as glassware or china) must be returned to us for the waiver to apply. Any missing items will be charged at the full replacement cost.
Permit requirements vary by locality and by tent size. We’re happy to handle the permitting process for you—just let us know when you book, and our team will take care of the paperwork with the appropriate jurisdiction.
