FAQs
Permits, such as building, fire, or staging may be required by your county or city for tents measuring 900 square feet or larger. You can obtain these yourself, or we can handle the permitting process on your behalf. We recommend allowing a reasonable setup time to ensure completion before any necessary inspections. Please consult your county’s regulations, as requirements may vary.
A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit is required to reserve a tent and/or equipment. Changes can be made subject to availability.
Yes, customer pick-up is an option. However, you must have a vehicle or trailer capable of securely fastening the rental items. Double-count and check equipment for damages upon pick-up.
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all rental items. If a tent order is canceled, the deposit cannot be applied toward other tents or equipment.
If any china, glassware, or equipment is damaged while in your possession, it must be returned for the Damage Waiver to apply. Otherwise, the full replacement cost will be charged for any damaged or missing items.
